The Elevate Women Global Hackathon is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and empowering experience for everyone. We welcome participants of all backgrounds, skill levels, and identities.
Expected behavior
Treat everyone with respect. Use welcoming and inclusive language, collaborate openly, give constructive feedback, and respect differing viewpoints and experiences.
Unacceptable behavior
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, sexualized language or imagery, deliberate intimidation, stalking, sustained disruption, and any other harmful conduct are not tolerated.
Reporting
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please contact the organizing team immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and with care.
Consequences
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event, disqualification from the competition, and being banned from future events.
